Dear Canadian Customer:
We have suspended shipments to Canada at this time. Health Canada is not letting any of our orders go through Canadian Customs. We are working to understand the issues and will resume shipping orders to Canada if and when we are able. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Each day, week and month we successfully ship many, many orders to Canada and we appreciate your business. As a valued customer, we want to let you know that due to circumstances outside of our control, some Canadian orders get stopped by the Customs agency in your country. Although this is rare it does happen on occasion - we want you to be fully informed regarding possible outcomes in this instance.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in Canada . If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.
The laws in Canada are different from those in the United States (where we are based) and they change often - we cannot keep up with these changes. The responsibility is yours to check with your Customs office to see if Canada allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.
We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the very best service and we will ship your order quickly. However, if for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials in your country, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.
Most orders make it through customs fine and most orders that are stopped are returned to us . If your package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
However, if the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. In this case, we are not responsible for the loss - we followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized.
We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products. Our goal is to make you happy - we do exactly as you tell us to do, like any good company should. Unfortunately, sometimes doing what you want us to do can cause problems if you are not sure of the laws are in your country.
By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to the above . Don't worry though, we rarely have problems with Canadian shipments, but again, we do want you to be fully informed of the potential issues that may arise.
