I used musclepump with nitro-2 as recommended - I also took the recovery drink. I trained 6 days a week and put on at least 10 lbs. - not sure exactly - I hate the scale - I look really good - very happy with the products and advice here.

I was using BSN Nitrix before workouts. I tried Nitro2 after reading how much better the absorption is. I was skeptical of the claims but I was wrong. This product gives twice the pumps of Nitrix. My muscles were so full they hurt when I left the gym but man did I look good. Would definitely buy again!
