Directions:
To Asses Tolerance: Beging by consuming 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz. of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to asses tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume anadditional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz. of cold water and asses your tolerance again.
On Training Days: Take 1-2 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach).
