Directions:
Adults: Dissolve one or two effervescent tablets in approximately 4 ounces of water. Stir before drinking. Recommended for use 1/2 hour prior to exercising or to promote energy. Do not chew or swallow broken or undissolved tablets. Do not use if foil is damaged.
