Directions : Beginners should start with one serving (3 caplets) with an 8-oz. glass of water, twice daily. Intermediate and advanced bodybuilders should refer to the dosing chart. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings before your workout. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period. Consume ten 8-oz. glasses of water daily for general good health.
