Directions For MoodPak Energy: As a dietary supplement for adults, begin by taking 1 capsule to assess your individual tolerance. Thereafter consume up to 1 capsule twice a day. Do not consume more than 2 capsules in any 24 hour period.

Caution: If you experience dizziness or any serious side effects, decrease dosage or discontinue use. Always consult a doctor if you are taking any prescription drugs or before starting any new supplement, diet and/or exercise program. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.

Warnings: Consult a medical doctor before use or if you have been treated for, diagnosed with or have a family history of any medical condition including but not limited to irregular blood pressure, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, arrhythmia, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, asthma, diabetes, nervousness or prostate enlargement. Also check with a qualified healthcare professional before using this product if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication(s) including MAO/MAOI inhibitors, anti-anxiety drugs, sedatives, anti-depressants or any other medications. Discontinue use and call a physician immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Individuals who are allergic or hypersensitive to caffeine or any other stimulants should avoid the use of this product. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is not advised. Do not exceed recommended serving under any circumstance. Use only as directed.
