Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take MyoThrust on an empty stomach throughout your workout/training session, unless otherwise instructed on the label. Training Days: Take 1 serving (25 grams) in 8-10 oz of water (or workout beverage) and sip throughout training session. Optional: Take 1 serving (25 grams) to enrich and fortify your post-workout beverage 20-30 minutes after training. Non-Training Days (Optional): Take 1 serving (25 grams) prior to 1st protein containing meal of the day.
