Directions: On Training Days:
Dose #1: Mix 1 scoop with 6 oz of cold water and consume immediately after training.
Dose #2: Mix 1 scoop with 6 oz of cold water and consume 6-8 hours after training or immediately before bedtime, whichever is sooner. You may vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level.
Non-Training Days:
