Directions: Take one capsule twice daily with meals containing at least 10-15 grams of fat. For every 50 Lbs. above 150 Lbs. add one more capsule daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day or 12 weeks of continuous use. Do not take past 8pm.
Warnings: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years old. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
