Directions:
Consume once per day, 60 minutes prior to exercise. Refer to the precise dosing chart to determine the correct serving. Take with 8 - 12 ounces of water. Don't eat 30 minutes prior to, or after taking 5-Tetra. No loading or cycling required. Precise Dosing Chart: -125 lbs = 2 Tablets; 125 - 150 lbs = 3 Tablets; 150 - 200 lbs = 4 Tablets; 200 - 250 lbs = 6 Tablets; -250 lbs = 8 Tablets.
