Supervol Ingredients: maltodextrin, silicone dioxide and gelatin
Supervol Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 to 3 capsules spaced evenly throughout the day (1 morning, 1 noon, 1 evening). On non-workout days, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule mid-day. Use for 4-6 weeks then discontinue for at least 4 weeks.
