All I can say is awesome. Im 45 so putting on muscle mass is a challenge. 14lbs on one 4wk cycle 1 1/2 on my arms. I incresed my wieghts 10 lbs a week on virtually all of my exercises since I started and kept my reps the same. I am in my 2nd week of post cycle and still adding the weights. I also threw in some Mass Pump and to me it is much better than NO2 with much better flavor. Also there were no side effects other than the stares from my friends.
