Detonator is 4-Ever Fit's potent muscle growth enhancer. 4-Ever Fit uses four different blends in order to produce a product that enhances muscle growth and also helps reduce recover times after intense workouts. The four blends that Detonator implements are:

Directions:
During periods of high intensity exercise take one scoop (20 g) twice a day. Take the first serving in the morning, and the second 25-35 minutes before training. On off days take one serving in the morning.
